ac-dc adapter needed


I need a replacement for a POWER UNIT, details follow:

CHANGZHOU QIBO ELECTRICAL Co., Ltd.
Model: QBD-240050-IP20
INPUT: 120VAC 60Hz 0.25A
OUTPUT: 24VDC 500mA
Class 2 Power Supply

Where do i need to go? Who do i need to contact? (hopefully online? I'm in NW USA)

Try the manufacturer of your device first, they should have replacement parts.

Then look on e-bay for the Chinese adapter maker in CHINA, may be selling them through e-bay.

There used to be universal power supplies made with several different output prongs on the end, you just plugged in whichever one fit your power orifice on the device.

Maybe something like that will work.

Or you might find an entire device including the power adapter on e-bay, in someone's sales listing.

I often get New old stuff there that had been sitting in someone's warehouse unsold.

There are dozens of the on eBay and Amazon. 500 ma is the minimum you need, more is fine.

I don't know whether the OP has a RCA pin type plug in cord on the low voltage, or wire terminal connection. They have both on amazon. https://www.amazon.com/SLLEA-Replace...t+power+supply
