2 100 Amp Services to Rental Units (380 foot run)

Ok, So I have some questions about what wire and conduit we need to use to complete getting electricity to a rental building on our property...

We will have a pole set on our property which will be 380 feet from the project location.

We are being told that the meters for the two rental units will be mounted at the pole versus the building...and that we need to run to seperate 100 amp runs into the barn.

Does anyone know what type of wire we would need to use for each of these long runs? How about the size of conduit?

I need help figuring this out.

Thanks for your time.

No one else answered you yet? I'll give a stab at this. But first, we need some more info:

1) You mentioned the terms "rental unit" and "Barn" in your post. Which is it? A barn, or a dwelling unit? Or a barn for rent?

2) What are your anticipated loads? Things like square feet, electric stove, water heater, washer, dryer, HVAC, etc?
3) Separate bills for each meter from the power company?
4) Underground from the meters to the "rental units" ?

Okay, Sorry about the confusion... it is a 2000 sf barn we are turning into rental units, one upstairs one down. It will be two seperate "dwelling units". The tenants will be responsible for their own utilities.
Each unit will have your typical appliances, stove, refrigerator, microwave and a hot water heater and propane heater. No washer and dryer in these units. We offer a "community" w & d area on the property.
So, Yes we are going Underground and we are doing the work ourselves. We will be digging the trench tomorrow. The distance we are running from the pole is about 350'. Since we will be setting our own pole the power company requires the meters be put on the pole versus the building, which requires the two seperate runs.
Thanks, I appreciate your time;)
