How to vent 8" duct in basement?

I am in the process of installing a 200 CFM ERV system in the basement and am trying to place the Exhaust and Fresh air vents to the outside.

The issue is the siding goes almost all the way to the ground and the joists are 2x10's, so whatever vent I place will not give me enough ground clearance to the outside. Even if I use a 3 1/4" x 14" rectangular vent and place it just under the subfloor I will still only have about 7" of ground clearance.

What is the recommended way to handle this?

Thank you for the suggestion. I have found this in my google searches as well for use with fireplaces. Do you know of where I could purchase one to use for fresh air and exhaust for an ERV system?

That one looked more like a special order from a sheet metal shop.
You can't get up in a closet then out??

Unfortunately, the only closet attached to an outdoor wall is a 30ft run from my furnace in a crawl space and wouldn't allow for me to put both exhaust and intake in there.

I have a sheet metal shop making me a custom unit like the one you sent me.

Thanks for the advice.
