Now now. I'm sure whoever did it was on their first home with no other way to get heat to the kids bedroom. We all learn from our mistakes some just seek for a higher education.

Electric baseboard could have been installed for heat. Wouldn't have that ugly duct then. A mini split could have been used if both heat and cooling is wanted/needed.

Sometimes, do it cheap over comes do it right.

I just didn't research or think about other options and ran with this one. I'm remodeling the bathroom so I have to take it out and I think I can get it hidden in the process.

Concealing it in the sink cabinet will make the bathroom look a lot better.
