Tried the unit yesterday; getting there blinking lights; I hear the unit spinning up but no air is coming through the vents.. I think the Trane manual mentions possible intake clog? I had a guy come and clean out the drain cuz the AC was leaking but now this issue. Any ideas?

shut off the power and it should reset and work properly. The code was generated when you ran the unit with the inducer unplugged or inoperative.

Just tried; still same issue.

Maybe I didn’t put enough RTV silicone ?

Just checked the drain from the inducer, poured some water in and it drained fine.

I’m wondering if it has to do with that screw? Because that connects to the pressure switch. The guy who cleared the clog took out that screw; not sure why. I put it back but not sure if that has to be like completely sealed around the threads of the screw?

Re: Connection Question on Trane XR90

That is the wrong gas valve for this furnace. It should have a vent connection that that hose connects to. It references the burner box to set gas pressure.

Yikes, I figured. Is there any way to make it work again? I worked with that gas valve before.
