Capacitor in portable A/C

I've got a portable a/c that needs a new capacitor but I'm having trouble finding one with the exact specs. Its a 55uf 300vac cap. Would I be fine with putting in one thats a 440vac with the same MFD? I'm not worried about the physical dimensions, i'll mod the housing it sits in if I need to.

Higher voltage rating is fine.
