better picture of side. As you can see, there is a door missing, doesn't show the AC unit and the drawing is in reversed. but the grading looks good.

Is there a reason why they didn't use additional fill and bring that grade up higher? I am sure it would have been cheaper and better than having all that face brick installed there.

From the back of the house the land is flat and goes out 20-30 feet. Then there is another 8-10 foot drop off/hill. Also there is a storm drain system in that run in the back of our yard.
