Outdoor sump pump might be a cheaper option.

A retention pond is what he has now. Lol

Do whatever you like but if that property was mine the swamp would be drained by days end, frozen dirt or not. If the Mattock got the best of me I'm heading for the nearest rental for that Lil Yellow thing.
