Seeding - Hydromousse

I am looking to place some seed in the areas of my lawn that I am leveling out. Has anyone used this product before:
https://www.hydromousse.com/?mid=6366044

Its one of those things that seems too good to be true but I get the concept. Figured I asked around.

I'm in nw fl...

I just used some as a test in 2 areas of my lawn - not really impressed.

I also used scotts ez seed in another area with much better results.

After 2 weeks, the scotts area has more "grasslings" than the hydro area - I'm finishing the rest of my empty yard with the scotts - ez seed Bermuda.

The state of Michigan has this spray stuff that will grow grass on cement. What ever it is, that is what people need.

The commercial version of that stuff (hydroseeding) is absolutely amazing. I have VERY serious doubts, however, about the "just attach the bottle to a garden hose" stuff for residential use.

Honestly, you're probably better doing your seeding the old-fashioned way.

Exactly! 10-12 years ago, when I first saw the stuff being used, I thought it was some sort of joke.

Then I watched how the grass germinated and grew... Holy cow!
