Is it ok to use Green lumber?

I can't find any kiln dried douglas fir at my big box store, they only have what's labeled as #2 and Better FSC Green Douglas Fir Lumber. Is it ok to use this for raised garden beds?

Should be fine as long as you understand that wood will/might move/twist/warp when placed in contact with wet soil.
KD wood when introduced to a wet environment also will move.

The exterior will be primed and painted and the interior will be lined with plastic. It's my first attempt to build an elevated garden bed so I'm going to start cheap. If it last me 3-5 years, that's ok.
