Need help with dilution rate for liquid lawn fertilizer.
This has happened several times to me before. I like the liquid lawn fertilizers for inbetween times when not using a drop spreader. The liquid sprays nicely and evenly when siphoned up from the container and diluted with hose water.
However, often as not, the siphon gizmo fails. This time, however, it is not from particles....all the liquid is new and clear and everything dissolved. I cannot get it to work from another siphon gizmo either, so I have given up on them.
But I can use the fertilizer from my garden sprayer if I know how much to dilute it. Does anyone have an idea of how much water to fertilizer should be mixed with this fertilizer (which otherwise mixes with the hose spray)? I am sure the concentrations of all brands of liquid lawn fertilizer are pretty much identical as they all seem to have the same coverage rates on the labels when I checked.
