Do I need to prune both sides of tree?

See the attached picture - I cut limbs from the tree which were dead. On the other side of the tree are limbs which are healthy- do I need to cut them? If I don't will the tree tip over ?

The dead limbs are suggesting something. Don't bother cutting the limbs on the opposite side. Take the tree down before it hurts someone.

Next time the soil is really wet and you get a good wind I t will be down or in a more dangerous position, I think it needs to be taken down.
