Replacing recessed 30"W medicine cabinet-image-1677344677.jpg It's 32" L by 30" W. I wish I could take off the doors and slap a mirror over this but it's the only bathroom in the house and it's small so I need all the storage I can get. How can I replace this with something that has a SINGLE mirror? And my second question is, who was the A-hole who came up with the idea for tri-view mirrors in the first place? The benefits of a larger mirror are totally negated when the reflection is sliced into thirds. I can't help but rant...sorry.

You could find a spot elsewhere on the wall to mount a mirror-less medicine cabinet or, if there's enough space next to the vanity cabinet, put a floor cabinet there, something like this but lower.

And there's these kinds of things, if you like the look:

As for your rant question, some people like to see all sides of their head, thus the hinged side mirrors. It gives them more to worry about.
