Options to Remodel My Shower Stalls

I bought a campground that has four fiberglass shower stalls in the restrooms. Two stalls look like the picture and the other two are ADA Showers that have no lip at the bottom to keep the water inside.

The curtains keep falling out of the showers and allow the water on to the floor. Sometimes the water in front of all the shower stalls is an inch deep.

I am looking at a couple options:

1. Remove the shower stalls, cut out the concrete four feet outward from the original drain and slope it towards the drain. Then line the floors and walls with a material I could spray down everyday when cleaning. Basically the the shower area would now be 1 1/2 times bigger.

2. Leave the shower stalls in place and just cut out the concrete in front of the stalls about a foot, install another drain and slope concrete towards the new drain. The stalls are starting to show their age.

Any suggestions? Cost is a major factor, but also longevity and ease of cleaning

Thank you

Greg

Learn how to work with fibreglass or hire some one who does that work and just raise the bulkhead.

Maybe installing ADA compliant roll over thresholds in the handicapped ones along with longer shower curtains would help. https://www.amazon.com/ADA-Wheelchai.../dp/B01LWPMOZ8

Btw, you can just throw that shower curtain in the washer with detergent & bleach & it should come clean.
