Master Bath and Closet Addition

Hi guys,

Looking for some advice here as I can not really find anything online. My master bedroom is 11' by 21' and I want to section off a part since it's so long and put in a bathroom and closet. I was thinking a 7'x7' bathroom and a 7'x4' closet. I'm hoping to get a double vanity, toilet obviously, and a 3'x4' shower. Any suggestions on a layout? Everything I draw up or can think of it seems like there's no room!

Another option I was thinking was a long 5' by 11' bathroom with a built in 2' by 11' closet system in front of it with a 30" opening in the center for a doorway to the bathroom.

Any suggestions are welcomed.

Other option is an addition off the bedroom but I'd prefer not to do all that work.

Maybe something like this? 3 ft space for toilet from wall to shower, 4 ft across for shower taking up the rest of that wall then 3 ft out from wall and a 4ft vanity across the right wall off the shower?

If the door came in the middle of the room opening out the vanity could go on the opposite wall.

I could put the door anywhere. To save space inside I was debating pocket doors or even sliding barn doors
