Marble and Caulk

So I messed up. I didn't know about the issues with siliconized caulk and marble and stained some marble. The stone wicked up whatever is in the caulk and is now stained. Can I fix this chemically or can I tear out the individual tiles? Any ideas?

The bottom 3 inches is darkened and it looks pretty awful. My wife doesn't care but I was all but done with this project and in the last moment managed to ruin it. I have photos, but don't know how to attach them...

No - because I caulked where the tub meets the wall tile and it soaked up the stain from the side and the stain appears to have penetrated very deep through the side not the sfc.
