Kitchen door hinge - identify

Does anyone recognize what kind of hinge the attached is? My goal is to replace them with slow close door hinges. There are so many on Amazon.com I don't want to guess at something that may not work. I see the slow close frame mount cylinders, but I think the best way is to replace the hinges.

Thanks!

Remove a hinge and look for the brand on the back. Or it might give you the offset dimension.
