Installing a toilet in concrete

Is it possible to bore a hole, which would facilitate installing a toilet in an already existing slab and run the 3" SD pipe to the outside? The slab is 4" thick and the foundation/footer is 12" wide. It's in a steel building.
Thanks!
Wayne

Can anyone tell me how to delete this thread? Since I got no replies here, I posted it again in the plumbing section. Thanks!
