inexpensive trim/moldings ?

you guys have some good ideas and are good at getting me to come up with things.
but here is a toughy.

i need to do all baseboards and windows. to buy all premade stuff = $$$
i am wondering if you guys have ideas for doing it cheaper ?
Habitate for humanity is useless = nothing but junk.

this wood will not be painted.
i am willing to make it, if possible (cut & finish 2x4"s)

i need to get this done, but have been for a while, so, don't hold your breath.
though i bet you would like to hold mine

Cheap and stain grade don't usually come up in the same sentence unless you add rustic in there or barn wood or old pallets.

Most of my base is saw mill lumber BUT I let it set/dry in the barn for 3-6 months and then run it thru a planer and a router. Unless you are prepared to make your own - stain grade is going to cost.
