MD2lgyk,

The basement was designed for 2 bedrooms (the contractor in our area usually finishes but wanted 30k to finish basement). We opted out due to price but I would assume the windows will meet the minimum requirement (I am not home to measure but I believe the window is about 41 " high and the opening is around 2 '.
