I agree that needs moved and should have been a long time ago. I can't believe it passed code for me to buy it. I may eliminate that Run for that ball valve all together.. it's for my house it side may move that..

Re: Framing help?!?!

The other drain hose that goes into the PVC do you feel that is an issue where it is?

Have you a plan for an access panel for those water valves. Can they be moved around so they both or all could be accessed from the same panel away from the panel.
You have a connection between a black hose and the white pipe. could that just be reconfigured to somewhere else.
It is NOT okay for plumbing above a panel.

Wow, nothing sez fireworks like a dishwasher drain hose coming loose and spraying a main electrical breaker box. Just kiddin RG, (sort of)

Looks like 3 options in my opinion.

1. Put it back like it was and forget about it. The home was purchased as is, and accepted and insured as is. Make changes, then you have flies getting in the ointments.

2.Looks like you either have to budget about probably $1500.00 + (?) for a pro plumber and sparky to fix your wrong stuff or....

3. Get on UTUBE and see if it is something you may want to work on a piece at a time. All while knowing there are shady people making videos on UTUBE also.

Watch a LOT of videos for the same needed work, and then use common sense and this board, to pick out which one would be best to do your project ....from what you learned from it. All JMO though
