cultered marble tub

We are getting ready to remodel a bathroom. What is the best way to remove the cultured marble tub?

Going to have to remove the material on the walls first.
Cut the nails on the flanges.
Remove the drain.
May be able to get it out in one piece.
If not, just cut it up with a course blade in a sawsall.

Joe is correct.

Tubs can be a bi*** to get out. They are already placed in a tight spot so you have very little wiggle room if you try to get it out in one piece. That's why Joe is suggesting a saws all to cut it up in pieces. I just had to do this on a recent bathtub/shower install. It was so tight that I couldn't get the tub out in one piece and had to cut it up. Just be real careful with the saws all. I have cut into adjacent walls of bedrooms etc and cause damage to drywall inadvertently. Also be aware of where electrical/plumbing and heating runs are located as you don't want to hit a live wire or cut into other plumbing lines, etc.
