Cost estimate for layout change of an apartment

I am considering purchasing a 3 unit investment property. All units are stacked on each other and are by and large the same layout.

The layout is currently a railroad style apartment where you have to walk thru one apartment to get to the next apartment. Each unit is 19x60'

I'd like to create 3 private bedrooms and add a bathroom (total 2). Currently it only has one bathroom. I am also going to move the kitchen.

It's basically a gut reno.

The wood floors are in good condition so I won't need to change them.

I plan on doing most of the renovation myself. Hiring help as I need it.

What should I expect to spend per unit in supply costs? Will need new bathrooms, kitchen, drains, adding washer dryer, framing, etc.

A range or ballpark figure is what I'm looking for.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Here are the old and new layouts. I didn't sketch in lengths everywhere bc its still a very rough plan.
