Cabinet Drawer Glides

Has anyone ever seen drawer glide bearing replacements available?

Re: Cabinet Drawer Glides

Can you see a Make and Model number on the slide?
Might be easier / cheaper to swap out the slide mechanism complete.

Re: Cabinet Drawer Glides

New glides have replaced those pictured but that ain't easy for an old man. Replaceable bearings and putting the rails back in the original screw holes would be much easier for me.

All I can find for identification is KV #1300 D.L. and KV # 1300 C.L. and K V seems to translate to Knape & Vogt which there complete glides are still available but it's anyone's guess if they are the same glides as was made 30 plus years ago.

Re: Cabinet Drawer Glides

Do the roller wheels have a expanded rivet for an axle or a bolt threaded in from the back ? If it is a pressed in rivet, it could be worse putting on a new roller than changing the track. A bolt in would be much easier to change.

Rivets but I would attempt to locate and possibly use stove bolts. May work and may not but sometimes I'm a brute for punishment and would like to try if I could find replacement wheels/bearings.

Those are from the 1970's! I think they have served admirably and deserve to be retired.

Well, then all you need is the roller bore size and the diameter and width of the wheel. There are places that sell just the rollers, but matching up your numbers with theirs....

Ebay has them and

I've not been searching in the right places to find just the rollers I guess.
