Bay Window Trim Out

I have replaced a bay window with double hungs in it, three separate windows, not one whole unit. Id like some suggestions on what I could do to trim it out. All my other windows have casing around them and wood jambs on all 4 sides. The windows were previously wrapped in drywall, no trim. The bottom (seat) of the bay window is wood and I plan on refinishing that. Im unsure how to handle the transition from drywall that remains to the new jambs that Ill be putting it. Not sure how to go about using the same casing as the other windows since there is no top and bottom casing.
