Name of this piece of metal

Hi all, I'm refinishing an old metal chair and taking it apart. i took these components off but i'm not sure what they're called so I can find a replacement. they're joined together by a bolt and a nut but i'm wondering what the actual metal lips are called?

it needs to hold together two metal tubes of a mid-century metal chair that are 1/2" in diameter.

Looks like a double cable clamp like I have seen on telephone drops to the house.
