Wimpy Self propelled

Is it possible my self propelled mower lost its self propelled capabilities?

I have. 2 yr old Toro Self Propelled that used to be easy to mow with. I could feel it almost pulling me along.

Now I can barely push it.

Got a model #?
Could be lots of different things.
Worn out drive belt, built up old grass stopping the idler pulley from fully moving.
Striped gear in the drive wheel.
ECT.
Take the cover off the drive belt and take a look.
