Cutting .155 Trimmer Line

I have a spool of Cyclone .155 for my Ariens st622 weed eater.
As I have to cut into 18" lengths to use, what is the easiest way to do this?

Until a pair of anvil pruners came to the ranch in a auction box of tools I didn't realize they were so useful for cutting string, rope, hose or most anything the jaws will open wide enough to cut.

Re: Cutting .155 Trimmer Line

Just went to Harbor Freight, got a pair of these. Work like a champ with the very tough line.

Thanks again.
