cost of pouring ICF foundation

We recently inherited a family home built in 1850 and located in Rockport, Maine, on 24 acres. The problem is that the house is located too close to the road. We would like to move the house to a new foundation located 100 yards further back. We are considering replacing the oil heating system with geothermal HVAC at the same time since everything needs to be disconnected anyway. There are no obstructing wires in our way.
The question is approximately how much will it cost to pour a ten foot deep foundation in Rockport? The house is one and a half stories and the footprint is roughly 1200 square feet. No garage.
Also, does anyone know how much geothermal systems are to install and whether they are compatible with forced hot water heating systems already in place in this house?

You will have to contact a local contractor that does ICF foundations if you think the construction cost is justified and the below grade is justified considering the thermal moderation of the soils. Other foundations may be more economical and there may be more contractors experienced.

Then you will have to contact a house mover to give you a cost on moving and for suggestions on the sequence of the operations and installation of heating equipment.

The cost will depend on the local wages and site conditions and any answers you get from other area of the country will be guaranteed to be different.

Thank you for posting your question on the DIY Chatroom.

- Questions involving pricing, such as – “How Much” certain projects cost – cannot be properly answered simply by information posted on an internet forum (regardless of how much information is supplied in a particular post).

- Pricing for materials may be determined at your local supplier(s).

- Prices for subcontracted work are best determined by getting legitimate local contractors to submit written estimates (3 are suggested) and always checking references.

We encourage you to post DIY related questions on this site, rather than "how much will it cost me to hire somone to do...." type questions.
