Brick Arches in Need of Some Fine Tuning


I have 2 brick arches that look pretty rough and I'm wondering if there is anything I can do to improve their appearance.

Thanks!

(removing the arches and rebuilding them would be beyond my skill level)

Amateur built.

Cover with fakes, paint, or replace with professional work.
