149 year old house foundation...

hello i am from new jersey, i have a 149 year old home that has a foundation problem. the rear is old cement solid block. i injected the one crack that had not penetrated all the way through with quikrete commercial grade fastset epoxy anchoring via caulk gun, and then used type M motar to cover the injection area.

my problem lies within the area next to it, the cement block(solid cement block) is disintegrated, i was literally brushing it away with my metal wire brush, paying someone is no option here... i am cut out to do the work i just need to figure out how to go about this.... do i mix up a batch of concrete and clean the area and apply and form with plywood pressed against foundation?

im already going to be reinforcing the existing joists in the crawl space with house jacks and timber.

ill be uploading pics in a few minutes. thanks

and admins if this is in the wrong area i am sorry i did not read the rules.
