Soffit vents

Hello everyone, just a question or two, about two weeks ago as some of you may remember my earlier posts, I blew insulation in my attic, all went well, but the other night I went up there to look around and noticed I may have gotten some in two maybe 3 of my soffit vents, now that the attic is full of insulation getting down in there would be a pain in the ???? u know, Would it be easier to get to from outside? how would i go about removing the soffit vinyl sheeting? Any insite or tips or advice is so much appreciated, Thanks in advance for any input

can you blow it back out w/ a vacuum hose on the "out" side? if not, try sucking it through.

ok. I meant to try sucking it through the vent; don't know how wide the gaps are, but if it is cellulose it may sneak through easier than 'glass.
