Looking for feedback on cellulose insulation in an attic

I am in the process of insulating part of an attic that does not have a floor. Looking for suggestions on what I am doing or if I am missing something.

The attic has a ridge vent, soffit vents and 2 gable vents. The area to get the cellulose runs the length of the house and is the first 6 feet from the soffit toward the center of the attic. I am in the process of removing the very old, compressed pink fiberglass as I go along. I am caulking all holes drilled for electrical wires (also have foam gaskets on electical outlets). The 2 bathroom vents I have built a box for each out of 1.5" foil backed foam. The exhause runs thru an insulated hose (dryer type hose) to exhause vent in the end of the roof. I also have some recessed lights in this area. I was going to use TENMAT covers (http://www.tenmatus.com/Content/Loft%20Covers) for the recessed lights and have the cellulose up against that. To protect the soffits I installed a short piece of foam board on top of the header then ran a section of foam board between the rafters to form a vent and allow the cellulose to cover all the heated area below and keep it out of the soffits.

Any suggestions on breaking up the cellulose and spreading it? Any significant difference between the cellulose from HD or Lowes?

Installing Cellulose Insulation

Cellulose insulation is compressively packaged, just as fiber glass blowing wool is. It must be installed with a blowing machine. The big box home centers typically have blowing machines for rent or even loan with a sufficiently large purchase.
