Tree Id

Hello Folks,
I am pretty much ignorant in all things trees and bushes. Recently I acquire a 1 acre property which has some trees, bushes and plants, that needed to be nurish, pruned and cared after.

The following tree produce an acidic smaller green pear. Not sure whether the tree is struggling and thus not able to produce a matured pear, or if this is normal.

The things in the bucket look like they come from a Black Walnut tree. Can you post a close-up picture of the leaves on the tree?

It looks like an Asian Pear to me, are they hard as Superman's knee caps? If so that probably is what it is.

That does look like walnuts in the bucket though, but the tree doesn't look like a walnut tree.

Sorry for the less than optimal picture in poor light conditions. I will take another picture tomorrow and post it here. Grass seems to have a hard time growing around the tree. It does not have many fruits growing as of now (fall season)

Thanks!

The fruit resembles a small pear with an acid taste and not the same texture for the pulp that a pear would have. I tried but could not eat it (maybe it wasn't mature yet). I will post better pics soon.
