Copper Weathervane protection ?

There are a lot of shiney copper weather vanes offered for sale. I guess most expect them to weather, turn green etc.

Ive spent some time researched and really the only thing I can find that suggests they provide this type of protection is Everbrite Coatings.
They dont say how long though. So if one has a weathervane high on a barn roof one would like not to have to wax it every year

Any experience with Everbrite or protecting copper object to retain shine in the outdoors?
Thank you
