Rain water sometimes makes its way into the basement (which is also a one-car garage), causing mold throughout the basement, crumbling basement walls from moisture in the air, cracks in upstairs walls from shifting foundation, plus mold coming through upstairs walls from water content around the house. What should I do? How much can I do myself, and how much should I hire out?
