leak found (1/31/09) in basement following thaw (melt) of snow tracked into garage thru middle of concrete pads

gas lines above H2O tank. needs moved to left 8-10"
rear area (not main space) will be 1/2 bath, laundry closet and storage (both being unfinished spaces).
