DIY Patio Cover for less than $400

| The framing wood was $180 from Home Depot and the 12' 2x2's cost $200 from a lumber yard. The patio cover is 24 x 7 (to the posts). Local code says I can have a 32'' inch overhang, so the effective size is aprox. 24 x 10 |
