Adding attic insulation
Adding extra insulation to bring it up to R-49
Return insulated and sealed with foil tape, I'll be using spray foam for any gaps.
Building a frame with metal studs to hold the iso foam board, and some unfaced batts. The return itself was never insulated...not very efficient.

Returns in the attic weren't sealed that well, added foil tape and zip ties.
