postconstruction pricing

Our company has to bid for cleaning a postconstruction two storey home at 1,200 sq. ft. We just wanted to get an idea of how much should we charge. a ball park figure?

I would not pay more then $156.00 but that was 2 months ago so it may be less now.

$168.00 total, no exterior windows.:) Assuming all appliances are new and unused.:)
