Insulating between plaster boards and block
My house in 50 years old and it has no insulation. I have 2"x3/4 wood strips nailed to block then plastered over. I have about 30' of wall I was thinking about drilling holes and spraying foam insulation in to help reduce noise and heat loss. Will this help at all? If so what type of foam insulation should I use?
