"wavy" shingles

Just had the roof reshingled and the shingles along the eaves are wavy in several areas. Ice and water shield was layed along the eaves, adhesive backed starter strip on top of that, and then Royal Sovereign three tab shingles. Will this straighten out on its own or does something need to be done?

Can you post a pic? I am not sure in which plane you mean by wavy.
