Water on fascia

My wife and I purchased our house 3 mos ago. We live in Oregon, so we get a bit of rain. I have noticed that water from the facia, the board on which the gutter is attached - is there an easy solution?

Not sure what you are asking here.

More information would be helpful.

How would I Re route the water so it all goes to the gutter instead of leaking on the facia

Install a drip edge under the shingles and extend inside the gutter?

Many times water that flows over the eavestrough onto the facia, is caused by a plugged or undersized down spout.
