warranty transferable ?

You need to know the brand and style of shingle and go on there company website and read the warrenty info.
There's hundreds of differant companys making shingles and there all differant warrentys.

Ours is, just changing ownership of a property should not affect the installation warranty imo.

Read the warranty, what does it say about transfering? No written warranty? No problem then, it will be just as good after transferring as it was B4.
