venting a pool house and trying to aviod ridge vent

the place that needs venting is a running business as a spa/pool house B&B. The designer never considered ventilation in the construction and therefore wasn't built with ANY venting capabilities. This past winter it rained inside due to condensation. It is located in the Catskills of New york, so plenty of wintery weather. The dimensions of the building are approx. 25 x 50 ceiling height approx. 20. Any ideas, if the only option is a ridge vent then we'll do so, but it will hurt the business, and we want to try to avoid that.
