Venting Bathroom Fans

I've installed bathroom fans before, and have always vented to the side of the house. My new place has two full baths, back to back. The overhang on the house is literally four feet on the outside wall of the bathrooms.

Seems like the way to go is through the roof. Is there any ducting product that would allow me to only penetrate the roof once for both vents without allowing back flow into either bath?

Any advice on materials, or methods would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Venting Bathroom Fans

I just put two new fans in (Nutone), and both had flapper valves on them to prevent air from escaping when the fan is off. It looks to me like the same flappers would prevent back pressure from one fan escaping from the other.

Look about halfway down that page. You can use one fan motor mounted in the attic with two grills.
