Vented drip edge
 
How does the water stay out of the perforations in vented drip edges.

Doesn't look like you have had any replies yet. I have never seen vented drip edge.

It might not under the right conditions, but if the drip edge is installed properly, any water that enters comes back out without touching anything it shouldn't.
