Vent Stack Flashing
I have a cast iron vent stack that exits the first floor roof (over a bathroom addition) and is anchored to the side of my house where it extends past the second floor roof. The pipe itself is ~15 tall. The roofing cement around the base is a mess and I need to re-flash the vent before I get a leak.
How can I flash this? I can't use traditional vent flashing because I can't slide the flange down the length of the pipe (it's attached to the side of my house).
Is there a product that can wrap around the base without leaking or should I just re-patch the base with roofing cement?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
