uneven roof

This house I was looking at that was for sale, had an uneven swayed roof. that was right down the middle of it.Because of the sun location was hard to see how bad the roofing was. I asked the seller about it and he said was because two houses were build together shouldn't have to worry about anything going wrong. I was wondering can any problems later on occur from this? sorry couldn't post any pictures.

Without picture no ones going to be of much help.
You are hiring a home inspector, right. And not one a realitor suggested that's also tring to sell you the house.
A sagging roof is never a good sign and can get real expencive real quick to fix it.

Is this a duplex house, or modular?
Duplex homes are known to hump betwen the two units.
Agree with Joe, get an un-bias third party inspector.
Maybe go back and take zoom photos with a good digital camera.
