Turn Key Roofing Installation - Single Story, Gable ends, No Valleys


What is the market price for turn key installation of a new asphalt shingle roof? One layer of shingle removal, GAF 25 year med grade shingle material and size of job approx 60 squares ... What is the market price per square for installation roofing of this type (residential home) ?? thank you.

No one here is going to be quoting, ball parking, or guessing at a prices for anything on this site.
Your going to have to get at make the calls and get at least three local prices.

Wow that's 50% more then around here, really depends on where you are, that's why pricing over the forum does not work.

My price covers material too. Basic materials nothing extra on a 4/12, straight gable roof, 1 story house. reasonable access.

$300 to remove, haul away and reinstall 25 year shingles is all there getting in my area and I'm only an hour away from one of the other posters.
So as you can see trying to ball park is going to do you 0 good.

Location, how hard it's going to be to get to the dropped shingles, tipping fees at the dump, dumpster fees, labor cost, permit fees if needed can all have an effect on the cost.
